Refund policy

At Rockin Wit SpeciaK, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, we handle returns with both fairness and practicality.

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Include your order number and proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please email rockinwitspeciak@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.

Note: Returns sent to any address not provided through our official return approval process will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products (including made-to-order designs or color/size requests)

  • Digital downloads or printables

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Personalized drinkware, apparel, or items that have been used or worn

  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at rockinwitspeciak@gmail.com within 7 calendar days.
Provide photos of the issue and packaging so we can evaluate and make it right—whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

For a different size or variation, the fastest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (if applicable)

If we begin shipping to the European Union, customers will have 14 days to cancel or return eligible items under EU consumer law. This does not apply to custom or digital items.
