Processing Time
Most items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
During peak seasons, processing may extend to 7–10 business days depending on order volume and product type.
Note: Custom, bulk, or pre-order items may have extended timelines, which will always be noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on best rate and delivery time).

Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days once your package is shipped.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, carrier, and destination.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs:

Contact the carrier directly to open a claim using your tracking number.

Email rockinwitspeciak@gmail.com with your order number and claim details — we’ll assist where possible.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our products are made-to-order, requests for order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
After that time, production may already be in progress and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
To initiate a return, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed instructions.
All returns must be approved prior to shipment to ensure proper handling.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future and will be updated here once available.
Holiday & Peak Seasons
During holidays and high-demand seasons, carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
We’ll always ship on time from our end and provide tracking so you can monitor your delivery status.
